Account & Profile
Managing your RNGESUS account is pretty straightforward. Here's everything you need to know about your profile, settings, and keeping your data yours. Two places, and the split is simple: Your Room is what other people can see â your face, your gear, what you have done. Account is the paperwork.
Creating an Account
You can create an account using your email address or by signing in with an existing account (Google, Apple, etc.). Either way works fine â pick whatever's easiest for you to remember.
Your account syncs across the mobile app and web dashboard, so you only need one account to access everything. Log in on your phone, your computer, your tablet, your smart fridge â wherever you want to check your roll stats.
Managing Your Profile
Changing your username
Your username lives on the Account page, along with your name and email. Edit it there. Keep it appropriate â this is what other users will see when you add them as friends or appear on leaderboards. Your edgy username from 2007 might not age as well as you think.
Updating your profile picture
Your picture is in Your Room, not on the Account page â it is your face, and your face is one of the things other people in the tavern actually see. You can upload one from your device. We support common image formats (JPG, PNG, etc.) and even HEIC from iPhones. The image will be cropped to a circle, so center the important bits.
Changing your email
Your email is on the Account page. Make sure you have access to the new email before switching â you'll need it if you ever forget your password.
Privacy & Data
Who can see my stuff?
By default, your profile is visible to friends you've added. Your roll history and statistics are private unless you choose to share them. We're not in the business of exposing your embarrassing nat 1 streaks to the world. Not by default anyway.
What data do you collect?
The basics: your account info, your dice collection, your roll history, and usage data to help us improve the app. We don't sell your data â we wouldn't even know how, and frankly, "list of dice enthusiasts" isn't exactly hot commodity data.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request a full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We'll wipe everything â your rolls, your dice, your profile. It's permanent, so make sure that's what you want.
Security
Changing your password
If you signed up with email, you can change your password in your account settings. Use something strong â not "password123" or your pet's name. We won't judge, but hackers will.
I think someone accessed my account
Change your password immediately. Then check your profile and settings to make sure nothing looks weird. If you see activity that isn't yours, contact us and we'll help secure your account.
Two-factor authentication
We support two-factor authentication through our login provider. It's an extra step, but it keeps your precious roll history safe from the bad guys.
Friends & Social
Adding friends
Search for other users by username and send them a friend request. Once they accept, you can see each other's activity and compare roll stats. Finally, empirical proof that your friend's dice really are luckier.
Blocking users
If someone's bothering you, you can block them from your profile settings. They won't be able to contact you or see your activity. We keep things chill.
Reporting issues
If someone's being genuinely problematic, you can report them through the app. We take reports seriously and review them promptly.
Deleting Your Account
If you want to delete your account entirely, contact us through the Contact page. We'll process the request and remove all your data. This is permanent and irreversible â your dice collection, roll history, and profile will be gone forever. Make sure you really want this before asking.
We'll be sad to see you go, but we respect your choice. May your future rolls (with other dice) be ever in your favor.
